Nathan Fielder’s having a field day with “You Can See Everything.”

The semi-documentary starts the weekend with $25.6 million after 8 days of release. It’s getting a bump up of 1800 theaters, so tomorrow’s numbers will be pretty jacked.

Meantime, as I wrote before, A24 has abandoned Chris Rock’s “Misty Green” and they’re putting “Prime Time” to bed at $45 million. Luckily, Netflix is coming in and rescuing “Misty Green” on November 7th. For Chris Rock, it’s another slap in the face– this time by A24.

Horror movie “Wicked” got a slow start last night with just $620K in previews. They need a tag line like “Horror is slower, but Wicker is quicker.”

As I reported over night, “Musk” is now missing from almost all of its theaters after one week. Bleecker Street Films was sold to Pierre Omidyar, the founder of ebay. Why did he want Bleecker Street? Just to catch and kill “Musk”? That’s a lot of energy misplaced.

Somehow you will see “Musk” and it will be nominated for an Oscar. Alex Gibney’s exhaustive investigation of Musk is scintillating and scary. It makes Halloween look like New Year’s Eve. If it’s still playing near you, go ASAP.
