Circle Friday at 5am.

That’s when the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize will be announced.

We’ll watch Donald Trump’s head explode when his name is not mentioned.

There are 287 candidates nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for 2026, of which 208 are individuals and 79 are organizations. Trump was nominated by one of his cronies, but the likelihood of him getting it is slightly worse than JD Vance admitting to an affair with a loveseat. Trump is running an active war in Iran, and is responsible for conflicts in the Mid East and Ukraine. He’s also deported thousands of immigrants to countries they’ve never been to, and broken up countless families.

Here’s a potential list of honorees, although there could be a surprise:

The International Space Station (ISS): Highlighted as a rare symbol of enduring global and multilateral geopolitical cooperation in space.

Mark Carney:
Prime Minister of Canada, noted among international political forecasters.

Mykola Kuleba & Save the Children: Recognized for rescue operations and protecting children in Ukrainian conflict zones.

Sudan’s Emergency Response Rooms: Local volunteer networks providing decentralized, lifesaving aid during internal conflict.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) and International Criminal Court (ICC): Nominated for upholding international law and accountability.

Francesca Albanese: Upholding international law and human rights regarding the conflict in Gaza.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy: Nominated alongside the people of Ukraine for resisting Russian aggression.

Yulia Navalnaya: Russian opposition figure continuing her husband’s democratic work.

Showbiz411 is now in its 13th year of providing breaking and exclusive entertainment news. This is an independent site, unlike the many Hollywood trades that are owned by one company. To continue providing news that takes a fresh look at what's going on in movies, music, theater, etc, advertising is our basis. Reader donations would be greatly appreciated, too. They are just another facet of keeping fact based journalism alive.
