Last week, even though she nudged him a bit, Rosie O’Donnell never said Donald Trump’s name in her stint as guest host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
Now, country pop singer Jelly Roll has savagely attacked Trump by name in his monologues as follow up guest host.
MAGA is incensed. Twitter is aflame with conservative viewers very upset that Jelly Roll, who they thought was on their side, turns out be funny and bright.
Is this the real Jelly Roll, the wonder? Could be. Having dropped 100 pounds and a wife, Jelly Roll actually told his detractors not to download his music if they don’t like what he has to say.
Rosie must be back in Ireland thinking, Wait, I should have gone harder. But no, her monologues were perfect going against expectations. Jelly Roll has done the same thing. Will he lose his audience? Or gain a whole new one? The latter, I suspect.
