Looking for something to watch tonight besides the horrid Republican convention?

There’s a mouth watering Zoom tonight with beloved New York actor Fred Melamed and famed chef Eric LeVine.

Hope at Home is a virtual series for the American Cancer Society’s Taste of Hope, a New York tradition. You can get the info at tohhopeathomechefericlevine.eventbrite.com. You’ll get a lot of gossip from Fred about his great movie roles including “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and the Coen Brothers’ “A Serious Man.” Eric Levine — a cancer survivor and James Beard nominated chef of the year — will cook up a storm. We may learn to do something more than flip hamburgers!

Here’s Eric in action:

Showbiz411 is now in its 13th year of providing breaking and exclusive entertainment news. This is an independent site, unlike the many Hollywood trades that are owned by one company. To continue providing news that takes a fresh look at what's going on in movies, music, theater, etc, advertising is our basis. Reader donations would be greatly appreciated, too. They are just another facet of keeping fact based journalism alive.
