The Rolling Stones are at this moment unveiling their Brett Morgen directed documentary, “Crossfire Hurricane,” at the London Film Festival. (The title, if you’re from Mars and don’t know, comes from “Jumping Jack Flash.”) This is in anticipation of tickets going on sale tomorrow morning at 10am London time, 5am New York, through primary and secondary sellers including ViaGogo, which is advertising on this site. The ticket prices are high. For Brits they really start around almost 500 pounds or $1,000 for Americans. And the sky is the limit. I told you this was going to be the case from the beginning.
Earlier this afternoon the Stones “leaked” a rehearsal list of songs on Twitter. Everyone will now fight over which songs they want to hear. I’d like to hear “Out of Time,” “Monkey Man,” “Sympathy for the Devil,” and “Happy.” Where is “Under My Thumb”? Well, no one asked us.
