This is tragic.

Eric Bauza, the modern Mel Blanc, has died at age 46.

Bauza was the voice of the legendary animated Looney Tunes characters in “Coyote vs. Acme,” but his career went well beyond that. I mentioned him when the trailer was released. He’s the real star of the movie.

I’m told he died of a heart attack. Condolences to family, friends, and legions of fans.

Bauza’s many accolades included five Daytime Emmy nominations. He was beloved in the animation world, and worked literally non stop. His IMDB credit list is stunningly long.
