“Melania” Movie Drops 17% from Wednesday as Amazon Gets Ready to Add 225 Theaters for Failing Movie

Share

“Melania” dropped another 17% at the box office on Wednesday night.

The numbers weren’t reported until late Thursday after all the other top films reported in.

“Melania” made $740,927 Wednesday night, continuing its daily decline.

This is despite empty theaters everywhere. The movie has a 5% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Weirdly, Amazon/MGM is opening “Melania” in 225 more theaters starting tonight. It remains unclear why since seat maps show open fields everywhere.

To continue providing news that takes a fresh look at what's going on in movies, music, theater, etc, advertising is our basis. Reader donations would be greatly appreciated, too.
