Share

The Academy Awards show on February 24th is getting more and more super-sized with A listers. The Academy just announced four Best Actress winners to present awards–Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, and Reese Witherspoon. Add them to Meryl Streep and last year’s winners, plus the Triple Diva Threat of Barbra Streisand, Shirley Bassey and Adele, not to mention the movie musicals tribute. And the James Bond tribute. No news yet about Uggie the Dog from “The Artist.” I hear he wants to present with Scarlett Johansson. More to come…

Showbiz411 is now in its 13th year of providing breaking and exclusive entertainment news. This is an independent site, unlike the many Hollywood trades that are owned by one company. To continue providing news that takes a fresh look at what's going on in movies, music, theater, etc, advertising is our basis. Reader donations would be greatly appreciated, too. They are just another facet of keeping fact based journalism alive.
