Kevin Spacey Nantucket Sex Case Dropped, Was There a Payoff? Is there Sand in the Sahara?

Share

The case brought by underage teen boy against Kevin Spacey in Nantucket has been dropped. The official word is that they couldn’t get the cooperation of the witness.

It was only last week that the Unruh family dropped their civil suit against Spacey. So this wasn’t unexpected? Was there a pay off? Is there sand in the Sahara?

The boy’s mother, former Boston newscaster Heather Unruh, really carried on about trying to get justice for her son. She said he said he’d been groped by Spacey in a bar in Nantucket. Heather Unruh made it clear she wasn’t in it for the money.

But as Laura Dern told her child on “Big Little Lies” recently, “It’s not about the money. Well, it is about the money.”

Spacey is loaded and may have some kind of insurance to pay a settlement. And so this episode is over. But Spacey is under investigation in a lot of places. And the original complaint against him, from Rent star Anthony Rapp, will stick to him like glue for the rest of his life.

Heather Unruh better have gotten a big score, too. Without a conviction, and the impression that she was in it for the money, her career is pretty much kaput too.
