BAFTA (British Academy) Awards Favor “The Favourite” with Top Honors, Also Rachel Weisz, Mahershala Ali

“The Favourite” is top British film tonight at the BAFTAs in London. Rachel Weisz won best supporting actress. The movie has also won Original Screenplay and Production Design.

Best Supporting Actor: Mahershala Ali for “GreenĀ  Book”

Best Cinematography: Roma

“Free Solo”won Best Documentary.

Letitia Wright from “Black Panther” won Rising Star.

Adapted Screenplay: Blackkklansman

Original Screenplay: The Favourite

Original Music: “A Star is Born”

Best Editing: “Vice”

Best Sound: Bohemian Rhapsody”

Best Prod Design: “The Favourite”

Best Animated: “Spider Man into the Spider Verse”
