Today Show Kicks Off Post-Megyn Kelly Third Hour with Al Roker Returning to Former Spot

Share

The end of Megyn Kelly means back to the future. The 9am hour of Today returned this morning with none other than Al Roker as co-host. Before Megyn, Al and Tamron Hall co-hosted the hour– with better ratings.

Al co-hosted the hour with Today show co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Craig Melvin. But now Al is equal to Hoda and Craig, who co-host the regular show from 7 to 9am. Viva Al!

And no, Megyn’s name was not mentioned. She is gone, and so is her scandal.

Hoda said, “We want you to know the entire Today family will continue to bring you informative and important stories just the way we always have.”
