Media: Rachel Maddow Trounces Sean Hannity for Third Night in a Row, Goes for Fourth Tonight

Share

Rachel Maddow scored a hat trick last night. She beat Sean Hannity for the third night in a row.

Maddow had 2.8 million viewers. Hannity had 2.6 million. The difference was narrower than it had been Monday and Tuesday, but it was still a win for Maddow.

If Maddow beats Hannity tonight, it will be a sweet moment for the MSNBC anchor. But it’s also based on hard work. Maddow addresses the actual news– the real news– every night. Hannity avoids it like the plague, choosing to divert Fox News viewers to some “other world” in which Donald Trump is a hero. It’s hard to know if Fox News viewers know about Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen, or a dozen other things.
